Pathetic service provided for non heating product delivered

I have bought this heater after reading company claims of low carbon footprint heater and 25% more efficient heater. I have received a product which is not heating. On complaining, company executive said that this does not deplete oxygen and hence will not heat the room. If it should heat, room should be seal packed. In what world a heater is only used in a sealed room.
I believe either he is a total incompetent employee who does not know the product or company claims are wrong that this is in fact a heater. Please do not buy this product if you want your peace of mind.
