the milk frother has issues - often does not deliver the frothy milk properly and has to be done a few times before it comes properly. the first unit we purchased in May 2021 we had to get replaced under warranty for this issue. the replacement unit worked fine for some months then started having the same issue by when it was out of warranty. the coffee dispenser was working fine so we lived with it. now the coffee motor is not working any more - just makes a whining sound without any water being pumped. its a 3 year old unit - but for a unit that costs as much as this, i am disappointed at the quality and life of the machine
I have lost a spare part (a knob which goes at the back of the milk frother). I’ve tried all avenues to get the spare parts but nobody is giving any concrete answers nor have I gotten the spare part. If you can’t provide service or spares, what’s the use of the coffee maker in case something goes wrong
I bought this coffee machine and its an amazing product but customer service is really disappointing. We wanted to get a product demo specially for cleaning and descaling and the person who came had no clue about it, infact said descaling and cleaning is really not required. Overall a disappointing experience.
