I had purchased 25L Morphy Richard 's geyser from Gupta Electrical Babu complex Atta Market sector -27. It's 7 days since then and still uninstalled after repeated requests to customer care and to dealer also. All Service requests have been cancelled with inappropriate reasons. Don't buy Morphy Richard 's products and also from Gupta Electricals
I accept the previous complaints. They just prolong the problems by the time warranty expires. Then over. Don’t go for this please
I think 🤔 these guys just selling the products but no service motive. Tipically just escape nature even the service manager level. No proper cooking at specified temperature and time. They themselves tried and failed but don’t accept. Frankly waste of time using this OTG
Got the OTG last month only.
Facing heating issue from 1st day onwards.
I am facing lots of issues, due to this issue, whenever I'm baking going through stress.
Kindly don't buy this product and suffer more 🙏🙏🙏
the performance is very very poor. No peaceful baking. Always in a tensed mood.
The worst oven ever bought. Issues with heating from day one. They kept coming and changing the thermostat til they saw the warranty period through after ehich I had to pay for everything. Ideally they should have changed the appliance as it was obviously defective from day one. After sales service is also terrible.
