I had bought a 60 litre Morphy Richard oven in June 2024 when I used it to bake Goan coconut biscuit (bolinhas) . It took me 1 hour and 20minute at 180c to bake other wise it take 30 minutes. Then I complain it to th Shop where I purchased. They then send thir technician he check and confirm the problem then the company gave me a replacement with new oven of same company now this one is also the same problem. They had sent their experience technician this time now this fellow is telling me that this has no problem when they checked it with their thermometer 250c it shows 190c . The day thi fellow came I showed him by baking th biscuit but this fellow went and told his boss that the oven temperature is okay. And now when I call him he is not answering my calls and they are not ready to help me.
The oven worked well for 6 months and then started giving trouble. It refused to come on.
But the worst part was the after sales service. Even one week after registering the complaint no one has come.
Never buy a Morphy Richard’s product!!!
