Purchased this item three years back. In these three years, three times complaint came. the front control panel always is a trouble. One or other push button fails always. At last the service people said to change the board itself. They also said the cost of board will be around Rs. 5000. The service also is poor. I always have to call the service center and company several times to remind. Now, At last, fed up I am trying to buy another. No exchange offer at all. I am totally disappointed. My 17,000 wasted in three years. Pathetic
